Our hiring process typically includes four stages: Application Review, a Recruiter Screen (phone call), a Technical Assessment (coding/system design), and 1-2 rounds of Team/Behavioral Interviews. The entire process usually takes between 2 to 4 weeks.

Yes. We operate on a hybrid model, encouraging employees to be in the office a few days a week for collaboration, but offering flexibility. We also support fully remote work for certain senior roles outside the local area.
